This important information relates to Blue Velvet and Willow & Blue Floristry.
By placing an order on our website you are offering to purchase a product or service on and subject to our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time we have the right to cancel the order before it is provided, dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
All products are to be used in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
PAYMENTS
Full payment must be made before your order can be processed.
For product items - Title to the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received by the seller.
For gift wrapping services - all gift wrapping services to be paid prior to commencement.
Payment on our website is via specified credit and debit cards can be made through Stripe, which ensures we operate in a PCI-compliant way.
Security of the website is shown by the padlock displayed at the beginning of the field - this means that you are in secure mode.
The following delivery and returns methods forms part of our Terms and Conditions, therefore by placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
DELIVERY
For product items - The specific delivery methods available are: for smaller items these will be sent via Royal Mail and larger items will be sent via Parcelforce with tracking number or local courier service.
The cost of delivery will be shown at checkout. Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location.
Delivery to certain areas may incur additional carriage costs, we will contact you separately to discuss postage and if required invoice separately any extra postage costs.
Customs and import taxes may potentially apply. It is your responsibility to pay for any customs and import taxes that may apply and we do not advise you on these charges.
The timescales can vary depending on the method of postage as we use a combination of Royal Mail, ParcelForce or courier. General Royal Mail will be 2-4 days and Parcelforce 48hours unless specified otherwise. Couriers will be used on occasions, and you will be informed of delivery time when available. We will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or force majeure.
When we hand the orders over to the specified courier, the responsibility of delivery lies with the courier. If the courier has any issues in reaching you, they should inform you by leaving a card or contacting you with the details you gave us when the order was placed. We will give your mobile number and/or email address to the relevant courier so that they can contact you regarding your delivery. They will not use your details for any other reason.
Please note that if there is a failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided we reserve the right to charge the appropriate 'return to sender' fee.
All our products are subject to availability. Advertised available stock items will be sent within 2-3 working days of order. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
We reserve the right to refuse any order/deliver any of our products at any time and are not liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery.

For gift wrapping services - this is by prior agreement with the client when purchasing our services.
RETURNS
For product items - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of in stock items, you may return it to us, unused in the original packaging and in a resaleable 'as new' condition, within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost.
The customer is responsible for the return of the goods, this is applicable for returns from both within the Uk and also outside the UK.

For any returns we suggest that you use an insured delivery service and obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
